How to update the firmware

  1. Download the firmware .bin file. Do not unzip it.
  2. Make sure the SD card contains at least one setlist and song. At the top level of the card, open the update folder and put the .bin file inside it. Remove any other files from this folder.
  3. Turn off the P-1 and insert the SD card.
  4. Hold down the PLAY footswitch while connecting power. Release it when the firmware updated message appears.
  5. Disconnect and reconnect the power to restart the P-1.
