Safety instructions

General safety instructions

  • Repair must be carried out only by a specialist.
  • Opening the pedal with SD card inside card reader will result in damage.
  • Never use devices with a defective power cord.
  • Read the operating instructions completely and carefully.
  • If the device is damaged, let it be checked by a specialist before further usage.
  • Make sure cables are not strained, kinked or are in contact with any kind of sharp edges.
  • Always unplug the device when not in use.
  • Only operate the device as described in this manual.
  • Only use accessories specified by the manufacturer.

  • The device consists of a robust metal housing. However, refrain from excessive mechanical loads on the device by climbing, stepping on, or throwing it around.
  • Avoid exposing the device’s outputs and inputs to 48V phantom power.

CAUTION!

  • When operating the footswitches, be careful not to damage the LCD display. If damaged, LCD liquid may leak out. This is hazardous to health! Refrain from any further use of the player! Avoid contact with the liquid. Dispose of the player at a designated disposal point for electronic waste.

WARNING!

  • Do not charge your smartphone or other devices via the player’s USB ports.

Maintenance and Care

Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the P-1. If necessary, slightly moisten the cloth. Do not use abrasive cleanser, wax, or solvents (such as paint thinner or cleaning alcohol), since these may dull the finish or damage the surface.

DO NOT DISPOSE ELECTRONIC DEVICES IN HOUSEHOLD WASTE.

According to the European directive on waste electrical and electronic equipment and its implementation in national law, electrical equipment that is no longer usable must be collected separately and recycled in an environmentally friendly manner.

Limited Warranty:

Idoru Live UG warrants the Idoru P-1 ("Product") to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase, as evidenced by the purchase receipt. During the warranty period, Idoru Live UG will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective parts or products.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

  1. Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  2. Damage resulting from modifications or unauthorized repairs.
  3. Normal wear and tear.
  4. Damage resulting from exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or other environmental conditions.
  5. Products not purchased from authorized Idoru Live dealers or distributors.

Warranty Claims:

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact Idoru Live customer service at contact@idoru.live.
  2. Provide proof of purchase.
  3. Follow the instructions provided by the customer service representative.

Limitation of Liability:

Idoru Live's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. Idoru Live shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.

Transferability or assignment of warranty:

This Limited Warranty is extended to the original retail purchaser (including purchases directly from Idoru Live) ONLY. This Limited Warranty cannot be transferred to anyone who may subsequently purchase this product.All Warranty coverage shall be determined by Idoru Live UG, at its sole discretion.
