When the P-1 is inactive:

Select next song

From inactive state, quick press on FORWARD footswitch or button, or turning the ENCODER clockwise, selects next SONG.

Select previous song

From inactive state, quick press on BACK footswitch or button, or turning the ENCODER anti-clockwise, selects previous SONG.

Play song

From inactive state, quick press on PLAY footswitch or button PLAYS selected SONG from start

When the P-1 is playing a song:

Pause / Unpause song

From playing state, quick press on PLAY footswitch or button PAUSES playing SONG, quick press on PLAY again continues playback from where it was paused.

Scrub forwards

From playing or paused state, holding FORWARD footswitch or button for 2 seconds, scrubs forward until released. Note: Scrubbing tracks with midi is currently unsupported.

Scrub backwards

From playing or paused state, holding BACK footswitch or button for 2 seconds, scrubs backwards until released. Note: Scrubbing tracks with midi is currently unsupported.

Stop song

From playing or paused state, when the PLAY footswitch or button is held for 2 seconds the currently playing SONG stops. Starting playback now will start from the beginning of the song again.

Select next song

From playing or paused state, quick press on FORWARD footswitch or button, or turning the ENCODER clockwise, selects next SONG (whilst current song continues to play).

Select previous song

From playing state, quick press on BACK footswitch or button, or turning the ENCODER anti-clockwise, selects previous SONG.

Switch to new song

From playing state, quick press on PLAY footswitch or button, whilst a different SONG is selected will stop the current SONG and start the selected SONG
